Simply follow these instructions:
Step 1 : Package Item(s)
Feel free to use the original Dino Lingo shipment box, or any unmarked cardboard box ?\ just make sure there's no existing shipping labels or stickers on the box!
All merchandise must be present in order to receive a full refund. Please ensure that all products are in the package. Dino Lingo does not accept damaged products intended for refund. If returned products are scratched, warped, or otherwise damaged, no refund will be processed.
A packing slip must be included in the return shipment. If the original packing slip is unavailable, simply print the Dino Lingo confirmation email and include it with your return shipment.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned shipment. Please allow up to 1 - 2 billing cycles for accounts to reflect recent activity.
- Does Dino Lingo offer free shipping on returns?
- All returns and additional fees are paid by the customer.
- My child has damaged the items, can I still return them?
- Dino Lingo will not accept damaged, warped, or soiled product. Damaged items are not eligible for any type of refund.
- Can I return a Dino Lingo item purchased from another vendor?
- We accept returns purchased from DinoLingo.com, amazon.com, amazon.ca, ebay.com and sears.com.
If you've purchased our products from another vendor, please contact them about their return policy.
- There was a discount applied to my original purchase. How will this effect my refund?
- It you return an item purchased with a promo code or discount, you will be refunded the exact amount which was paid at time of checkout.
- What is the prefered shipping method for returns?
- Bring your package to any mail carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) Dino Lingo recommends securing a tracking number for return shipments. Dino Lingo will not be held liable for any return packages that may be lost in transit.
- How will I know my package has arrived?
- Upon receipt of a return package, Dino Lingo will send an email notifying the original sender.
We highly recommend securing a tracking number for your package in order to track your parcel's progress.
- Can I return my set after 30/60 days?
- All returns received after 30 days within the US, or 60 days for international orders, will receive store credit for the value of their original purchase. No further refund will be issued.
- I am an international customer. May I return my Dino Lingo program?
- International returns will be accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date, for a full refund.
- How do I return an item?
